Selective Printing

We used the SwissQ’s selective printing features to create a sophisticated finish for Rumble Creative & Media’s series of acrylic panels. The vision for these artworks was to give full visual clarity in the images and accompanying text when displayed suspended in an outdoor environment. We were able to achieve this by backing selected areas with blocks of white ink, an effect that gave the images rich saturation and bold contrast whilst still maintaining the clean, light feel of the clear acrylic. Ready for hanging with sturdy aluminium bolts in the panels’ four corners, we were pleased that the finished works for Rumble appear at first glance to be floating in mid-air.
