We offer two high-quality artwork scanning options to suit your needs:
- Prepared Scan – Includes post-production editing to match your original artwork as closely as possible, plus a fine art paper proof.
- Raw Scan Capture – A high-resolution scan of your artwork with no edits, allowing you to handle your own post-production adjustments.

For artworks larger than A0 (over 1m²), pricing is calculated per square meter (m²):
- Prepared Scan: $295.00 per m²

Example: A 1m x 2m artwork (2m²) would cost:
- Prepared Scan: $590.00
- Raw Scan: $414.00
Service Details
Prepared Scan (Full Service)
- High-resolution scan at 300ppi optical resolution.
- Post-production editing to match colours and details as closely as possible to the original.
- Fine art proof print included on high-quality paper.
- Files delivered as uncompressed TIFF at 300dpi RGB (CMYK conversion available upon request).
Raw Scan Capture (No Editing)
- Pure high-resolution scan capturing the full dynamic range, at 300ppi optical resolution.
- No post-production adjustments – perfect for artists who want full control over their edits.
- Delivered as uncompressed TIFF (other formats available upon request).
- Faster turnaround, typically within 3-4 business days.
File Delivery & Backup
All scanned files are securely backed up and delivered via Dropbox for a flat rate of $5.00 per order. Once the scans are complete, a secure Dropbox link will be emailed to you, allowing easy access and download of your files.
