Holiday Trading Times for Prolab
As the festive season approaches, we want to keep you informed about Prolab’s holiday trading schedule and key order cut-off dates to ensure your projects are completed on time.
Important Dates:
- Lab Closure: Prolab will close on Friday, 20th December 2024, at 4:30 PM, and re-open on Tuesday, 7th January 2025, at 8:30 AM.
- Online Orders: Our online ordering system, R.O.E.S, will remain operational throughout the holiday break.
Order Cut-Off Dates:
To guarantee your orders are ready for collection or freight dispatch by Friday, 20th December, please adhere to the following deadlines:
- R.O.E.S Direct Output Printing Only: Orders must be received by the morning of Thursday, 19th December.
- Fine Art and Photo Printing Only: Orders must be received by the morning of Tuesday, 17th December.
- Canvas, Framing, and Mounting: Orders must be received by the morning of Wednesday, 11th December.
- UV Printing (Direct to Acrylic, Metal Prints): Orders must be received by the morning of Wednesday, 11th December.
