We want to inform you of Prolab’s service arrangements during the upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays.

Cut-Off Times for Dispatch:

All Printing and Finishing (Requiring Freight):

Orders must be received by 8 a.m. on Friday, 15th December 2023, to ensure dispatch for Express Leaving on Tuesday, 19th December 2023.

Collection Orders (Printing, Metal Prints, Acrylic Prints, Framing, Fine Art Prints, and Canvases):

Please place your requests by Wednesday, 13th December 2023.

Direct Printing Requests (with Lab Collection):

Can be placed until 12 midday on Thursday, 21st December 2023.

Lab Closure Notice:

Prolab will be closed starting Thursday, 21st December 2023, at 4.30 pm and re-open on Monday, 15th January 2024, at 8.30 am.

PLEASE NOTE: During the holiday month of January, the laboratory will operate with reduced staff, and we will be conducting general maintenance. As a result, service times may be longer than usual.
