Photo Restoration Fine Art Corporate Art Project

Photo restoration is one of the many fine art imaging services we specialise in at Prolab. It is well known that we all have dusty, faded old family photos hidden away somewhere. They are most likely scratched, water damaged, stained, cracked, discoloured or even worse, torn.

Prolab provides expert image restoration services to help you salvage and preserve all your most precious memories. We can remove faded and yellowing ageing marks, bring back the deep tones of colour, and even convert black and white images to the colours as you remember them. When the image is torn or missing a piece, we can also replace that missing or damaged area. We can get your images looking just as good as they used to and even improve them.

The latest photo restoration project carried out by Prolab on behalf of Fine Art Photographer Carl Warner, who is recognised nationally for his stunning renderings of minimalistic photographic works. We have been offering photo restoration Australia wide for over 45 years. This process is made possible by delicately scanning the original large format film using our dedicated Durst Sigma Film scanner, which utilises the best film scanning software available on the market today. The metal photo prints are then made possible printing directly to the metal substrate using our SwssQ UV Flatbed Printing in fine art printing mode, ensuring full resolution of the high-resolution file is accurately printed. Once the finished image is ready, our technicians then install it back into the original custom picture frames, pack ready for dispatching back to the client’s office.

So please remember, our staff are more than happy to assist with any restoration service questions you might have no job is too big or too small!
