DOTCOM Sending Files

** For security purposes, attempts to create new folders or directories, delete or modify sent files, replace, rename or resend sent files will be denied**

Files can be delivered by hand/post/courier- From USB Memory Sticks, Floppy, CDR, CDRW, DVD, Digital Camera Storage Media and similar.

All Digital camera memory media now supported. (+ 10% surcharge if we have to setup or correct your files)

DOTCOM File Naming

DotCOM prints require a Client ID, which is then included in your file names as the prefix eg. PLB-12345.jpg

Note: always include a text file accompanying your order with details on paper type and quantity, then zip together with images and upload via FTP.

Step 1: Install Filezilla by clicking on the Filezilla icon below which will take you to their website, install the software for your operating system, Windows, Macintosh and Lynix are supported.

Step 2: After installation open FileZilla. Once installed add Prolab FTP Login Details provided above.

Step 3: Start uploading your files, once uploaded please accompany your files with an email alerting us to your upload with instructions on your requirements, info@prolab.com.au
